long since i last posted....so i post today.
competition lost....lost to a chinese mui-tai guy.lost is all because of lack of stamina...=.= so...ok la....and i never do proper streching on my leg then ended up both leg muscle tention ...very hard to walk...so what to do...must train hard enough..strecth more....lol
today went to macritchie reservior....do hiking with my mother and 2 younger brother...actually our intention wasn't to hike...but go to the HSBC tree top .the way to they is quite ok la...just that is very tiring coz got very high slope and alot of stairs....walk walk walk walk walk then pass but the tower...forgot what the name already.wa...the stair way up is like never ending 1.climb climb ....look up..reaching soon...but still the same.....view up they nothing special but the wind very cooling(: then climb back down and then continued walk.............on the way to the tree top ...pass by alot of people ....we follow the map.....then ended up a dead end.stupid map!! then U-turn ..when we U-turn...the people all U-turn also....lol.the tree top walk seriously...is very very short only...still thought the brigde was very very long....=.= end of the bridge....must go down a very very very very very long long long long long stairs and then rocky path....high slope...WA!!!!so tiring then halfway saw a female flying lemur with her's baby in her pouch...upside down one..??then took some photo..but not very clear coz my phone camera is lousy...then contuined .....walk walk walk must 3bro say he cannot walk anymore...then ask me to carry him to the ranger house!!!!u know very far not!and then still got high slope!!!walao!!but then he say i NCC got blah blah blah and my competition lost so now train leg muscle..haiz..so carry him lor..anyway he very light only 19-21kg?? then blah blah blah ............tmr i and my brother maybe going to hike...wooooo...tiring (: zzz
